About Our Client

Our client, a leading international NGO, is seeking an Associate Specialist, Communications to support high‑impact executive and corporate communications during a fixed‑term assignment running from mid‑May to October 2026.

Job Description

  • Contribute to the planning, drafting and production of major corporate publications
  • Draft and edit high‑quality executive communications (speeches, talking points, reports)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to synthesize complex technical content
  • Translate information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Coordinate inputs, feedback and revisions across multiple stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in journalism, communications, public relations, international development or a related field
  • Experience in communications and/or public relations, ideally within a large or international organization
  • NGO experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong writing, editing and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural and matrixed environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English is essential
  • Good working knowledge of French is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
