Job Description

In this position the Assistant Production Planner (m/f/d) will support the Supply Chain Oversea Production team by taking care of the following tasks:

  • Supporting of production controlling and monthly rough capacity planning of overseas locations
  • Supporting the creation of reporting KPI data records / KPI management
  • Inventory control
  • Disposition of materials incl. planning and delivery monitoring
  • Developing, creating and optimizing of SOP's, QM data, manuals and reports
  • Obtaining quotations, ordering, coordination as well as delivery
  • Defining of production strategies, preparing of calculation and investment decisions
  • Controlling, optimizing, developing of quality management data and reports
  • Coordinating and supporting various administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, the ideal candidate must have:

  • Successfully completed academic degree, ideally in supply chain management
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience within an international and fast paced environment
  • Professional user in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Experience in SharePoint is an advantage
  • General affinity in using production planning and material management tools
  • Solid English skills, as well as good German skills (B1/B2)
  • Analytical thinking and reliable personality
  • Down-to-earth personality
