About Our Client

Our client, a globally recognised consumer brand with strong growth ambitions, is expanding its Talent Acquisition capability to support a growth phase. We are recruiting (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner(s) with a specialist focus on Merchandising & Demand Planning, as well as TA Partner(s) focused on Product, Creative & Design roles.

This role sits within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring a recruiter with proven expertise in these functional areas and the ability to partner closely with business leaders across HQ functions. Start: ASAP, min. 6M contract to start with.

Job Description

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across:

    • Merchandising & Buying
    • Demand & Supply Planning



Or:

    • Product Creation / Product Development
    • Creative, Brand, Studio & Design teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, role profiles, and market-aligned recruitment strategies.
  • Identify, engage and assess talent with niche skillsets in highly competitive candidate markets.
  • Build pipelines for recurring specialist positions and map talent across international markets.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience while driving efficient hiring processes.
  • Actively contribute to TA process optimisation, including tools, methodologies, and reporting.
  • Represent the organisation externally, enhancing brand visibility among creative and planning communities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success recruiting in Merchandising, Demand Planning, Product or Creative/Design spaces.
  • Strong ability to understand technical nuances behind planning, forecasting, merchandising and creative workflows.
  • At ease with dynamic, fast changing and sometimes unstructured environment
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders in matrix environments, balancing speed, quality and clarity.
  • Solid sourcing capabilities with experience attracting niche and creative talent profiles.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
