We are seeking a Senior Lead - Community Impact to shape and drive their regional strategy across EMEA. Start ASAP (ideally June, latest July) - min. 6M contract for now.Job Description Regional Strategy & LeadershipDesign and execute a comprehensive EMEA community impact strategy aligned with global priorities while addressing regional needs and nuancesIdentify emerging social trends and proactively evolve programmes to maximise long-term impactAct as the regional subject matter expert, embedding community impact into the wider business strategyBudget & GovernanceOwn and manage the regional community investment budget, including grants and product donationsEnsure effective and equitable allocation of resources across marketsMonitor outcomes and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impactPartnership DevelopmentIdentify, assess, and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, foundations, and community organisationsLead end-to-end relationship management, from sourcing to long-term partnership developmentCo-create innovative programmes that go beyond traditional philanthropy to deliver sustainable changeStakeholder EngagementCollaborate closely with internal functions including HR, Marketing, and Communications to drive engagement and amplify impactDevelop and lead employee engagement and volunteer programmes across the regionSupport storytelling and brand initiatives that highlight community impact effortsExternal RepresentationRepresent our client at key regional forums, events, and stakeholder meetingsBuild and maintain a strong network of social impact leaders across EMEAProgramme & Project ManagementLead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholdersEnsure efficient execution and continuous improvement of all programmesThe Successful ApplicantMinimum of 7 years' experience in CSR, ESG, public policy, or international development, including regional leadership responsibilityDemonstrated experience managing multi-country programmes across EMEA, with strong understanding of regulatory and cultural diversityProven track record of managing senior external stakeholders, including NGOs, public institutions, and community leadersStrong project management capabilities with full lifecycle ownership experienceAbility to independently manage budgets, prioritise competing demands, and mitigate risk in a fast-paced environmentStrong strategic mindset, combining social impact passion with commercial awarenessDegree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, international development, business) is advantageousFluency in English required; additional European language (e.g., German or French) strongly preferredWhat's on Offer This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation in an impactful role with significant regional impact.
