About Our Client



Our client is a fast growing and innovative company with headquarters in Zürich. We are seeking a Senior Lead - Community Impact to shape and drive their regional strategy across EMEA. This is a highly visible role responsible for translating a global vision into locally relevant programmes that deliver meaningful and measurable social impact.

You will develop high-impact partnerships, mobilise internal stakeholders, and lead initiatives that position our client as a responsible and purpose-driven organisation within the communities in which it operates. Start ASAP (ideally June, latest July) - min. 6M contract for now.

Job Description



Regional Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and execute a comprehensive EMEA community impact strategy aligned with global priorities while addressing regional needs and nuances
  • Identify emerging social trends and proactively evolve programmes to maximise long-term impact
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert, embedding community impact into the wider business strategy



Budget & Governance

  • Own and manage the regional community investment budget, including grants and product donations
  • Ensure effective and equitable allocation of resources across markets
  • Monitor outcomes and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact



Partnership Development

  • Identify, assess, and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, foundations, and community organisations
  • Lead end-to-end relationship management, from sourcing to long-term partnership development
  • Co-create innovative programmes that go beyond traditional philanthropy to deliver sustainable change



Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with internal functions including HR, Marketing, and Communications to drive engagement and amplify impact
  • Develop and lead employee engagement and volunteer programmes across the region
  • Support storytelling and brand initiatives that highlight community impact efforts



External Representation

  • Represent our client at key regional forums, events, and stakeholder meetings
  • Build and maintain a strong network of social impact leaders across EMEA



Programme & Project Management

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of all programmes

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in CSR, ESG, public policy, or international development, including regional leadership responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-country programmes across EMEA, with strong understanding of regulatory and cultural diversity
  • Proven track record of managing senior external stakeholders, including NGOs, public institutions, and community leaders
  • Strong project management capabilities with full lifecycle ownership experience
  • Ability to independently manage budgets, prioritise competing demands, and mitigate risk in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic mindset, combining social impact passion with commercial awareness
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, international development, business) is advantageous
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language (e.g., German or French) strongly preferred
