Job Description



  • Handle approved mortgage applications (new loans and refinancing) through to final closing.


  • Coordinate with relationship managers, notaries, land registries, and clients to collect and validate required documents.


  • Prepare German-language offer letters and contractual documentation.


  • Explain terms to clients and manage the signature process.


  • Work closely with notaries on lien registration, disbursement preparation, and property transfer steps.


  • Disburse funds according to contractual conditions.


  • Maintain accurate data in internal mortgage and client systems, including amortization and interest schedules.


  • Monitor missed payments and support client inquiries.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing or related experience in Switzerland.


  • Experience working with mortgage processing tools and systems.


  • Strong understanding of Swiss mortgage products (Fixed, SARON, etc.).


  • Clear and confident communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in German (min. C1) is an absolute must, English or French is an advantage
