About Our Client

Our client is an international company in the canton of Zürich, currently in need for a temporary support (bridging) within their total rewards team. We are looking for an experience (Director level) candidate who can join the team ASAP for the coming months.

Job Description

Compensation

  • Support the maintenance and application of salary structures, benchmarking data, and job evaluation frameworks.
  • Assist with compensation planning activities, including data preparation, analysis, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on compensation‑related inquiries, ensuring consistency with internal guidelines and local market practices.
  • Support the administration of short‑term and long‑term incentive programmes as applicable.



Benefits

  • Contribute to the oversight of regional benefit programmes, including monitoring utilisation, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing materials and communications to help employees understand available benefits.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to support benefit operations and service delivery.



Integrated Total Rewards Support

  • Provide advice to HR colleagues and managers on general reward matters.
  • Participate in ongoing reward projects or process improvements as needed.
  • Help ensure alignment and coherence between compensation and benefits practices across the region.



Operational & Advisory Support

  • Prepare data analyses, reports, and dashboards to support decision‑making.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all reward‑related information and processes.
  • Offer flexible support across multiple workstreams depending on business needs.



The Successful Applicant

Required

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in compensation, benefits, or broader total rewards
  • Experience working with data across multiple countries or markets
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems and standard office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during a transition period



Preferred

  • Professional certifications related to compensation or HR
  • Prior experience in international or matrixed organisations
  • Additional language capabilities
  • Familiarity with job evaluation tools or external market surveys
