About Our Client

For our client, an international FMCG company, we are recruiting a dedicated Controller for their finance team in Zug. The company is known for its strong brands, consumer focus, and innovation. Job Description

  • Prepare, analyse, and monitor monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to support management decisions
  • Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial guidance
  • Support cost controlling, profitability checks, pricing calculations, and performance tracking
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
  • Assist in internal and external audits as required
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation projects, and digitalisation initiatives within the finance function



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG or another fast‑paced industry
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
