Our client is a fast growing international company in Zürich. We are looking for a versatile and dynamic recruiter who is able to support the brand in a their early career hiring cycle for around 4-5 months as of March/April.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Support the full recruitment cycle for 15-20 Early Careers positions, from intake meetings to offer management.
  • Own candidate sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach, university engagement, job boards, events, and referral channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit using structured interviews and hiring tools.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on hiring processes, talent availability, and market dynamics.
  • Maintain a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Track pipeline progress and ensure timely updates in the ATS.

Anforderungsprofil

  • 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on Early Careers (preferred) or high volume generalist recruitment with fast paced pipelines
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, university networks, talent pools, and alternative channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.
  • Experience with modern ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, ...)
