About Our Client

Our client is a global and innovative biotechnology company, headquartered in Zug. In order to expand the presence outside of the US, they are looking for a business analyst for the EMEA region with experience in working with large data sets.

Job Description

  • Support and lead performance reporting and analyses
  • Lead advanced analyses related to growth and strategy optimisation/execution
  • Perform 360 degrees performance analyses, provide clear conclusions & recommendations and drive to action
  • Identify business needs and create analyses to address them by using data sources
  • Provide key reports and tools and drive adoption with users
  • Optimise performance by envisioning next level data and analytics possibilities
  • Collaborate with IT on BI platforms and support data management and stewardship

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, advanced education is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Data/Business Analytics in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, oncology is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas & macros), PowerPoint/ThinkCell
  • Experience with advanced tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage
  • Independent working style as well as the ability to work proactively in a team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strategic, critical, and integrative thinking
