With offices worldwide, the firm manages assets across private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure, supporting institutional investors in achieving long-term, sustainable returns.Description du posteLead the annual multi-year budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for Technology and Project expenses, advising and challenging senior stakeholders (CTO, Technology leadership, PMO) Continuously improve budgeting/forecasting processes (e.g. long-term contracts, multi-year projects) and identify cost optimization opportunities (such as IT asset management)Review and manage project budgets from a financial perspective, ensuring capacity and alignment with overall firm objectivesAct as a finance business partner to senior management: support Budget Committee meetings, prepare reports for the Group Executive Team, and advise project leaders across departmentsMaintain and further develop BI dashboards to provide real-time financial insights to stakeholdersContribute to finance transformation projects impacting accounting and financial operations, representing the Business Controlling & FP&A perspectivePerform key controlling activities: variance analysis, monthly accuracy checks, and ensuring completeness of quarter- and year-end financial statementsProfil recherché Excellent people management capabilities - numbers are important, but in this role, the EQ is even more important Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a track record of managing stakeholders Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting Solid understanding of a modern IT/Technology environmentExcellent analytical, organizational and communication skill University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar(Swiss) CPA (dipl.
