About Our Client
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Solothurn with a very pleasant and dynamic working environment, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who is able to start ASAP.
Job Description
The administrative documentation coordinator's job description includes but is not limited to the following:
* Managing the processes around documentation within the organization, including coordination of the documentation process (ie. Documentation initiation, review and approval)
* Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects when required
* To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
* Creating and managing templates for project and operational documentation, such a procedures and protocols
* Filing documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
The Successful Applicant
- Commercial education
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with an electronic documentation management system is required
- Fluent in English, German is a bonus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Proactive, organized, flexible and a team player
