Job Description

  • Conduct regular visits and educational events with healthcare professionals and pharmacy partners.
  • Analyze regional market data to prioritize sales efforts and identify opportunities in the assigned region : Romandie & Ticino
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and on-boarding new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial activities with broader business goals.
  • Represent the company's values and contribute to a culture of cross-functional collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

  • French C2, English C1. German and Italian are a strong asset
  • It is mandatory to live in Vaud canton for company regulations or relocate in the canton.
  • Strong network within Swiss pharmacy groups and hospital systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Master's preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions : Romandie + Ticino
