Job Description

  • Manage regular visits to healthcare professionals and pharmacies, and organise workshops or local events to enhance product visibility.
  • Analyse regional sales data and market information to prioritise activities and optimise results.
  • Develop and execute account plans aimed at achieving sales objectives and expanding market presence.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within both established and emerging customer segments.
  • Monitor growth potential in various product categories and align plans with long‑term commercial objectives.
  • Foster internal collaboration across different business functions to support overall organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • You speak German (C2) and English (C1).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within the healthcare or medical technology industry in the assigned region.
  • Strong network among key stakeholders in pharmacies and hospitals.
  • Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful commercial arguments.
  • Experience in training or educating healthcare partners is an asset.
