We are looking for a Legal Counsel, available immediately, to temporarily strengthen a legal team. The candidate will provide operational support in the day‑to‑day management of legal and compliance matters in a dynamic and challenging environment. One‑month assignment, with potential extension to be discussed.

Job Description



Under the supervision of the Head of the Legal Department:

  • Participate in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts (services, distribution, confidentiality, partnerships, intercompany agreements, etc.).
  • Contribute to the preparation and updating of legal and corporate documentation: resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and administrative follow-up.
  • Support coordination with external legal counsel when needed.
  • Help update and implement compliance programs and policies (ethics, anti‑corruption, internal procedures).
  • Fluency in English is required, French an asset.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Law (Master's or equivalent).
  • Initial experience in a company or law firm is appreciated.
  • Experience in a regulatedsector (pharma, medtech, biotech).
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law, business law.
  • Abilitytowork in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Autonomy, strongsenseofpriorities, and attention todetail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
