Description du poste

  • Lead and develop the distributed accounting teams across international subsidiaries, fostering a culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the monthly group consolidation process, ensuring full accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards (Local Standard/ Swiss GAAP FER).
  • Prepare and present the annual consolidated financial statements, along with comprehensive reports for the executive committee and financing partners.
  • Manage the relationship with external auditors and regulatory authorities; ensure timely audit completion and follow through on recommendations.
  • Design, enhance, and implement accounting policies, process frameworks, and internal controls to increase transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective and timely management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including collections, cash allocation, and reconciliations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (e.g., FX, interest rate, or market exposure) by implementing appropriate controls and strategies.
  • Lead the Group's tax-related workstreams, including transfer pricing reviews, VAT compliance, and the assessment of tax implications arising from strategic transformation initiatives.



Profil recherché

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance, ideally complemented by an MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, consolidation, and accounting-preferably within a retail or manufacturing environment.
  • Big 4 + industry experience desired
  • Proven experience in managing consolidation processes and leading finance or accounting teams (2-9 Pax depending on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, Swiss financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency with consolidation tools (e.g., Lucanet) and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding business environment.
