With four key business divisions - Ostomy Care, Wound Therapeutics, Continence & Critical Care and Infusion Devices - ConvaTec products support health care professionals from the hospital to the community health setting.

ConvaTec is currently establishing the European HQ in Schaffhausen.

Therefore, we are seeking:

2 Product Managers Continence & Critical Care

Job description
- Creating, developing and implementing strategical marketing plans (product positioning, price management, market analysis and research)
- Development and execution of marketing materials & campaigns in cooperation with external agencies in a timely manner
- Developing, executing and managing business development initiatives
- Managing and driving innovation projects in R&D and life-cycle management
- Ensuring a dynamic operating team culture including reinforcement and support
- Engaging in the marketplace with a solid understanding of relevant clinical and financial issues to enhance ConvaTec`s competitive positioning
- Collaborating with market research and business intelligence to drive the direction of ConvaTec brands based on factual data
- Monitoring, executing and managing communication programs, products as well as brand strategies to adapt to the needs of internal and external customers
- Establishing liaison with key opinion leaders and institutions to increase awareness of ConvaTec products

Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed a business, science or technical degree, at the Bachelor's level or above
- 3-5 years of prior brand or regional marketing experience in the medical device industries is a key requirement
- For this position it is optimal to have prior experience in business development environments where activities such as acquisitions and divestures took place
- Strong knowledge in managing a broad product portfolio
- Experience in sales or other customer facing disciplines would be advantageous
- Understanding of compliance and ability to work in a highly regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data
- Strong decision making and communication skills with the ability to give presentations to a diverse audience and speak credibly with internal/external stakeholders
- Competence to deliver superior business solutions/results
- A solid understanding of the variables within a brand P&L
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, any additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel of up to 50 days per year
