Michael Page Executive is focusing on C-level assignments and board level assessments.
Job description
Identify opportunities to maintain and extend relations with clients and candidates by conducting research and searching Strategy & Candidate identification. The successful candidate will be providing support to the Principal and other Associates.
- Develop candidate pipelines for active and pending executive-level positions;
- Network both externally and internally throughout the Michael Page Group for candidates' identification;
- Perform broad-based research to supply consultants with information extracted from a variety of on-line resources and databases;
- Learn about the client with respect to its industry, competitors and its market position and be able to apply that knowledge to the search process;
- Identify target companies and individuals using various resources including in-house databases, associations, directories and the Internet;
- Monitor web sites, trade journals and industry specific conferences for current and future searches;
- Manage internal and external research as requested;
- Support the development of a search strategy and execute against that strategy to identify the most qualified professionals.
Who we are looking for
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent customer orientation;
- Organizational skills / ability to prioritize;
- Result orientation and attention to detail;
- Autonomous and can work under pressure;
- Fluent in English, German, French would be an advantage.
