Job description
Identify opportunities to maintain and extend relations with clients and candidates by conducting research and search strategy & candidate identification. The successful candidate will be providing support to the Principal.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in client and/or candidate meetings
- Develop active & passive candidate pipelines for active and pending executive-level positions
- Network both externally for candidates and internally throughout the Michael Page Group
- Provide a response to all Executive open applications and/or responses to media campaigns
- Perform broad-based research to supply consultants with information extracted from a variety of on-line resources and databases
- Learn about the client with respect to its industry, competitors and its market position and be able to apply that knowledge to the search process
- Identify target companies and individuals using various resources including in-house databases, associations, directories and the Internet
- Monitor web sites, trade journals and industry specific conferences for current and future searches
- Manage internal and external research as requested
- Support the development of a search strategy and execute against that strategy to identify the most qualified professionals
- Adhoc project administration duties as and when required
Who we are looking for
- Graduate degree in Business Management/Economics
- 2-3 year's experience at an Executive Search firm
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a commercial instinct
- Excellent customer orientation
- Organisational prowess/ ability to prioritise
- Result orientation and attention to detail
- Autonomous and can work under pressure
- Team player
- Fluent English and German required
