For their European Headquarters in Switzerland, we are currently recruiting a (n) (Associate) Manager - Market Access, Policy & Reimbursement.

Job description
- Evaluate reimbursement risks and opportunities for new and existing products in Southern Europe (Spain / Italy / Iberia)
- Develop reimbursement strategies and take responsibility for their implementations
- Influence and drive reimbursement for new technologies and platform products
- Oversee the design, analysis and presentation of clinical information required to ensure optimal reimbursement
- Perform health technology assessments on products and therapies
- Train sales and marketing staff in developing value propositions for the products and therapies
- Maintain relationship with the Ministries of Health
- Participate in relevant trade association meetings and drive relevant task forces

Who we are looking for
- Professional degree such as MS or equivalent in an area related to healthcare economics or outcomes research
- 4 years experience in health technology assessment and reimbursement in a medical device or pharmaceutical area
- Very good understanding of pass-through-payment processes in different countries in Europe, including legislative policies in key markets
- Experience with clinical cost effectiveness metrics, quality of life and general health instruments, clinical study design, and statistical analysis methods would be an asset
- Excellent communication, coordination as well as people management skills
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and Italian is mandatory, German would be a plus
- International travel of up to 30%
