Job description
Reporting to the Global Head, QA based in the US, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing 3rd Party QA teams across AMEA ensuring the quality of Over The Counter (OTC) products for both new and existing products
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Novartis Quality systems
- Leading the development, maintenance and improvement of quality systems to support OTC 3rd Party business continuity
- Driving Audit programs of OTC 3rd Party Suppliers in AMEA to ensure compliance of all products on the market
- Developing Team Members and coordinators to support the needs of the business, the contractors and the customer.

Who we are looking for
You must have a Masters Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related Science subject, and have at least 12 years relevant experience in QA, QC or Regulatory Affairs within a Pharmaceutical environment. You should have excellent experience in cGMPs, Quality Systems, manufacturing processes and current industry practice, and have a good background in managing 3rd Party facilities. You should be driven, results-orientated and be passionate about your work, be quality and customer focused, have strong leadership, influencing and leadership skills. Ideally you will also be able to make decisions that will directly the influence the OTC business, and be able to propose solutions to complex problems and issues.
