About our client
Our clients, mainly multinational companies based in the French part of Switzerland are looking for several Interim Managers in the Finance & Accounting fields.

Job description
Facing the current economical situation, our clients are asking us for interim solutions in the following fields:

-Controlling
-Accounting
-Tax
-Due Diligence
-Integration
-Interim financial management or consulting assignments
-Ideal assignments offer scope to assist clients in achieving strategic objectives
-Improving operating performance and ensuring high standards of compliance

-Extensive financial management
-Operations consulting experience in various areas
-Change management, including corporate restructuring, acquisition integration and shared service centre implementation and optimisation
-ERP systems development and implementation, process improvement
-Internal audit, internal control, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (review, documentation, remediation, quality assurance and testing)
-Business analysis and investment appraisal, project management
-Budgets & Forecasts, budgetary control, profit and cash forecasting
-Financial accounting, European statutory, IFRS and US GAAP reporting
-Management of departments of diverse backgrounds

Who we are looking for
-Prior experience as a contractor and/or consultant
-With or without own company
-Strong expertise in one of the above fields (10+ years experience)
-US Gaap / Swiss Gaap / IFRS
-SOX / Internal Control / Compliance Analysis
-Masters in Economics or Chartered Management Accountant or Chartered Certified Accountant or Diploma in Corporate Treasury Management or Certified Internal Auditor.
-Speaking English, other European Language is a plus
