About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company that provides spare parts for the automotive industry.

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the CEO, will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional partners such as distributors and garages.
  • Manage the existing sales network to maximize sales and promote market expansion.
  • Influence end-user specifications to provide approval for the company, emphasising technical advantages over competitor products.
  • Create demand for the products through pro-active promotion with end-users, design institutes/consulting companies and other specifying engineers.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years sales experience in the after sales automotive sector.

Fluent verbal and written German and French knowledge. The ability and willingness to be constantly on the road with clients across Switzerland. An independent leader with excellent communication skills.
