The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidate has a relevant experience in commodity trading, banking and financial domain.
He used to work in international organisation as IT support responsible of incident management
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Able to work in complex environment
He is able to speak perfectly both french and english
Certified ITIL V3 would be a plus
What's on Offer
In charge to manage service incidents, you will record, manage and escalates N3 incidents as appropriate.
Analyze historical incidents and eliminate potential tickets that have already be treated.
You identify underlying causes of incidents and reports the important topics to Top Management.
As coordinator, you will organize Incident Committees in order to solve efficiently the different incidents.
Moreover, you ensure that the information entered in the incident investigation are accurate and complete.
Follow-up on incidents backlog and updates the incident investigations with relevant information and status changes
and ensure that updates are correctly done.
Permanently in relation with engineering teams and application owners, you establish a service restoration.
