About Our Client

For an international FMCG group

Job Description

Global HR administration for HQ Employees along work life cycle
*In charge of the whole recruitment process and on-boarding programs
*In charge of the general HR administration (contracts, affiliations, work certificates, ...)
*Manage the payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider
*Manage social insurances and review coverage on regular basis
*Act as partner for the managers, provide guidance and advice

HR Development at HQ and Group level for Directors positions - including transversal HR projects
*Ensure quality of the annual performance review process
*Identify, organise and coordinate internal and external trainings
*Design and put in place HR related trainings for Directors
*Coordinate employee satisfaction survey across the Group and follow-up the related action plans developed in the countries
*In charge of internal communication across the Group
*Participate and co-lead several transversal HR projects in order to support the business priorities and objectives

The Successful Applicant

*HR certification (Master degree or brevet fédéral) is a must
*Strong expertise in HR processes and Swiss labour law
*7 - 10 years of professional experience as HR Generalist / HR BP in an international environment is a must
*Fluent in French and English
*Flexible, proactive, multi-tasks
*Excellent communication skills
*Willingness to join a dynamic and moving environment
