Job Description


Implement and maintain Company's benefits in all the countries of the region. Periodically review and update information stand on existing programs.

Constantly liaise with external partners to develop internal knowledge and recommend benefits packages upgrades when necessary to remain competitive and to properly administer Company's programs.

Perform research to ascertain the best programs to suit company's structure, culture and size in various countries (collect and consolidate information, create summaries and overview tables).

Stay current on changing country specific regulations and legislations. Recommend and contribute to necessary amendments to ensure compliance.

Investigate country specific tax requirements and obligations pertaining to benefits and liaise with payroll to ensure appropriate processing.

Answer benefits questions and ensure that employees are provided with appropriate and up-to-date documentation on available plans.


Ensure HR policies, procedures and/or organizational requirements have been followed and where appropriate ensure consistent, accurate and timely transaction processing, for regulated HR operations such as new employees' background check, medical device consultant (internal) certification, time tracking, etc.
Develop and implement compliance projects as assigned.


Provide input and lead local implementation of new HR tools.
When appropriate contribute to technical development and enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent
*5 years of experience in HR, in multicultural environment.
*Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
*Excellent written & spoken English and French
*Demonstrated capability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently
*Proven problem solving and organization skills
*Strong ability to interact (and drive) with external service providers such as benefits consultants, lawyers…
*Must be self-motivated and goal oriented individual
*Ability to multi task in a thoughtful and resourceful manner with good judgment
*Team player attitude with a customer service mentality
