Sales Manager within a fast growing company
About Our Client
Our client ,a 80 person firm leader in its sector, has teams all accross the world (Europe, USA, China, Russia) and is looking for a confirmed sales manager to increase sales results himself and accross sales team , locally and remotely in Europe.
As the head of Sales your main responsibilities will be to:
- Increase continuously the revenues amongst the sales team you will have to manage ( direct, area sales manager, technical sales)
- Inspire and lead tactically your teams on an everyday basis
- Be ready to travel to meet local teams and conclude deals where your expertise will be needed
- Be on the lookout for business opportunities and close them.
- Report directly to the company CEO in order to align strategies
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
- Proven experience in software solution sales with major accounts
- Ability and capacity to manage local teams and remote teams
- At least 8 years of experience in Sales management with solid track record
- Leadership, natural entrepreneurial skills and charisma
- Focus on results and goals
