In addition to providing the various container solutions, our client enables its customers and their freight forwarders door-to-door shipments.

Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Reaching sales objectives
- Gaining and maintaining customers
- Sales planning and management
- Regional Key Account Management
- Customer relationship management
- Tracking of market developments / customer requirements
- Build up and lead sales channels airline & freight forwarder in the region
- Tender management
- Management of regional sales team (4-5)
- Support Marketing in hosting customer events / attending conferences

The Successful Applicant

- Excellent understanding of the pharma- as well as the related transportation market in the region is a must.
- Appropriate education (BA/ MA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics)
- Deep understanding of various customer decision making processes (DMP)
- Experienced in dealing with issues in DMP
- Excellent network (pharma companies, freight forwarders, airlines)
- Excellent reputation
- Multiyear practical work experience with pharma 3PL, airlines, or packaging solution providers
- Language: Fluent in English and German (FR, ES etc. ) is considered a plus
- Strong sales objectives orientation
- Able to achieve short and long term goals
- Proven negotiator and strong closer
