Job Description

Your main responsibilities and tasks include:

*Guiding and managing the HR team (supervising 4 employees) integrated in an international matrix organization
*Human Resources Management and administration of related issues
*Main contact and support for VP's, Heads of departments and Senior Managers in all Human Resources Management matters
*Supporting organizational changes by leading change management processes
*Responsibility for the creation and optimization of HR processes and tools within the international structure, in line with the Group HR strategy and policies
*Financial management: responsibility for the salary and bonus review process, preparation of the annual departmental budget and global salaries budget,
*Assisting Heads of Department in managing conflicts, warnings, dismissals, etc.
*Personnel development: measuring the performance and initiating changes/development, identifying, developing and retaining talent within the organization through effective career development and training
*Assisting with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
*Developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
*Negotiating contracts
*Establishing monthly statistics and reporting
*Leading and implementing various Human Resources Management projects

The Successful Applicant

In this autonomous role with a high level of responsibility, your time management, attention to detail and organizational skills will be called upon.
With an international background, you must have an Economics degree (MBA or equivalent) and a minimum of 8 years of HR management experience, with leadership responsibilities, within a multi-cultural, fast-growing and demanding environment.

Your excellent intercultural communication skills will help you successfully liaise directly with internal and external parties on a daily basis.
Your flexibility will ensure you can adapt yourself very quickly to different situations.
You must be open-minded, and fluent in ENGLISH, FRENCH and GERMAN
