Job Description

- Coordinate and support the monthly actual closing, reporting, forecasting and mid-term planning

- Drive continuous improvement in cost and operational efficiency of the Payroll division

- Establish, manage, and ensure compliance to internal control procedures regarding payroll

- Present detailed labour costs analysis reports to the CFO, Head of HR and Executive Committee

- Supports the Payroll Team through provision of accounting expertise to ensure accordance to IFRS

- Act as the co-coordinator between Corporate Payroll Teams and SAP Accounting Teams

- Collaborate with global Finance and HR teams on related topics

- Provide recommendations for process and system improvements

- Support of ad hoc projects

- International travel up to 20%

The Successful Applicant

- Degree in Business Administration / Finance

- 7+ years of proven experience in Controlling within an international environment

- Experience in international payroll is mandatory, in order to establish internal controls and provide detailed analysis

- Ability to collaborate with a broad array of stakeholders of varying levels of seniority

- Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, BW, FC)
