Our client is an international leader in the watch industry.

Job Description

Your responsibilities:

- Define business development and sales objectives at international level;

- Define & Implement marketing strategy & communications plans at international level;

- Liaise with local teams and sales area managers to implement the commercial/marketing & communications action plans;

- Manage the distribution network and ensure the brand is well represented;

- Identify business leads and opportunities in the market;

- Transform prospects into sales and meet business objectives;

- Create and implement trainings (brand, product…)

- Produce sales and activity reports;

- Gather market trends and competition data;

- Lead innovation

The Successful Applicant

Your profile:

- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent;

- Min 8 years of experience in sales positions within the watchmaking industry at international level;

- Successful track records of developing business opportunities and leading sales & marketing teams;

- Deep knowledge of how to build a sales pipeline and deal with regional activities;

- Good experience/understanding of brand/marketing management;

- Results-driven and customer-focused professional;

- Natural leader with excellent communication & team management skills;

- IT proficient, at ease with data analysis and reporting tools;

- Fluency in English, any other languages (French..) is an asset;
