Job Description

* High focus on Inventory management with special attention to inventory accuracy ensured through updated, and respected inventory control procedures. Ensure physical inventories and cycle counts are timely done and discrepancies identified and understood.
* Establishes warehouse standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation requirements.
* Monitors the L&D controllable expenses, investigates any deviation from the forecast and takes necessary actions in collaboration with Finance. Provides input to monthly forecast and budget as well as defining cost saving opportunities for the areas of responsibility.
* Lead the respective European L&D resources to ensure effective support to customers in close collaboration with the countries as well as third party partners.
* Provides technical and managerial guidance to subordinate supervisors or highly skilled individual contributors to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Ensure work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
* Responsible for hiring, firing and disciplinary decisions affecting employees.
* Develop/improve the competencies of associate's and team efficiency.
* Ensures projects are completed on time within budget and manages the development of processes and procedures to implement functional strategies.
* Take a leadership role in identified major projects which will bring improved customer satisfaction and leveraged expense costs to the organization.
* Responsible for the reverse logistics processes, to the Distribution Centers.
* Maintain compliance with 3rd Party Partners.
* Ensure development & maintenance of KPI's to provide visibility and measure departments and individuals performance.
* Guide the team to integrate all relevant tools (DM,VM,VSM,5S,PSP etc.) in their daily work.

The Successful Applicant

* Business degree and 9+years of relevant experience in a supply chain environment.
* Analytical and Leadership skills.
* Proven people management experience (also remotely) for 2+ years.
* English, both written and verbal is mandatory.
* Customer oriented.
* Business astuteness and a broad understanding of Quote to Cash processes.
* Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
* Computer systems literate.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Additional language(s) will be a plus.
